When you request a quote or book a service we collect: your name, phone number, email, service address, vehicle make/model, requested date/time, and any notes you provide. We do not collect or store payment card details on this website.
3. How we use it
We use your information to prepare your quote, confirm and deliver your service, contact you about your appointment, send invoices and receipts, respond to enquiries, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with: our hosting and database provider (to operate this website securely), and authorities where required by law.
5. Storage & security
Booking data is stored in a secure cloud database with row-level security and encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access is restricted to authorised personnel.
6. Retention
We keep booking and invoice records for at least 7 years to meet Australian tax and consumer-law obligations. Marketing contact (if any) can be opted out of at any time.
7. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
